I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and still am apprehensive and shy when walking into a new studio. I understand that you may not be familiar with the postures, are inflexible, out of shape, or simply feel out of place in a room full of people in their 20’s.
One-on-one sessions are a great way to deepen your practice, prepare for group classes, and enhance body awareness. In each session I pay attention to you and tailor each session to create a safe challenge, meet your expectations, and find greater body awareness through alignment, foundation, and injury prevention.
