We all hear that yoga is great during pregnancy: it helps relieve back pain, reduces stress, and prepares your body (and mind) for childbirth. However, many time prenatal classes are geared gently for the mama-to-be and new to yoga. But what about you, the woman who still wants to maintain her active yoga lifestyle and be in a safe, supportive environment?
In this series you will be guided through an active yoga class that is modified to your pregnancy. You will get all the benefits of prenatal yoga while learning how to modify common postures for your changing body. Whether you practice at home or still attend your favorite group yoga class, this series will give you the tools to remain active, learn to trust your bodily intuition, and indulge in your self-care.
This series is for women with at least six months of yoga experience prior to pregnancy.

*** This is a 4 class series meeting Saturdays at Luna Wellness. The class will meet May 6th, 13th, 20th with a break for Memorial Day weekend (May 27th) & meeting back for the last class on June 3rd.
