In a yoga flow or vinyasa class, we aim to mindfully move our bodies with the pace of our breath. Experiment with strength, balance and flexibility to inspire increased levels of freedom in your mind and body. Modifications and more advanced options are offered throughout the class. Some previous Yoga experience is suggested.

Hatha/Restorative Yoga 7:15p-8:30p @The Practice Space

This gentle practice combines gentle movement with the restfulness of restorative yoga. This class is about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. This class is suitable for all levels.

Functional Flow 10:45a-11:45a @ The Practice Space

Functional Flow employs mindful movement in partnership with breath to build greater stability, mobility, and strength in your muscles and joints. Using body weight, props, yoga asana, and isometric exercises, this practice supports the cultivation of beneficial movement patterns, deep core stability, muscle tone and length, and the health of the central physiological systems. This class is the perfect complement to your routine to build additional strength and reconnect with your core musculature.
